English boutique carmaker Aston Martin is up next with a 66-story residential tower on Biscayne Boulevard Way, overlooking the eponymous Bay as well as the Atlantic Ocean.
With 391 apartments ranging from $820,000 to $5.9 million (along with a $50 million penthouse), it will be the tallest residential building south of New York City when it is completed in 2022.
Each apartment features floor to ceiling windows with sliding glass doors and panoramic views of the bay, ocean, or skyline. The top-of-the-line apartments include either one of the brand’s DBX SUVs or DB11 grand tourers, while the penthouse triplex comes with a Vulcan supercar.
